Who builds it

I am a software engineer in Lahore. Three years building production systems — currently web platforms for a systems integrator in Riyadh, before that commerce systems on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Writing code is the part that has become cheap. I use AI tooling every day and it is genuinely good at producing code. What it will not do is decide how your data should be modelled, where the authorisation boundary belongs, whether a query still returns in time at its hundred-thousandth row, or what happens when a third-party API goes down at 2am. That judgement is the job. Code is what falls out of it.
So I take the whole system rather than a slice of it: the architecture and data model, the build, the infrastructure it runs on, the pipeline that ships it, and the monitoring that tells you when something breaks. One page. What gets built, what explicitly does not, the timeline and the price. No hourly rates, no estimate that grows halfway through.

Build, with a demo every Friday
A short video showing what moved this week, whether or not there is news. Code lands in your repository from the first commit, so you are never in the dark.

Launch, then thirty days of cover
Handover with documentation, credentials and a walkthrough. Thirty days of support is included after launch. Then you decide whether you want a Care Plan.
Why it costs this little
Code is cheap now. Judgement is what you are paying for.
No office. No sales team. No project managers, account handlers or delivery leads. An agency quote covers all of that before anyone opens an editor — often more than half of it.
And the code itself is the smallest part. Choosing the data model, placing the auth boundary, knowing which query breaks at scale, running the infrastructure it all sits on — that is the work, and it is done by the person you will be talking to.
